The histogram application is used in GOLPE to represent the distribution of the X values and the standard deviation of the X variables.

The keyboard.

Some keys are active and serve as shortcuts for different commands in the pop-up menu.

The left mouse button

Click with the left mouse button on any bar to display in the window the number of values represented by this bar.

The right mouse button

Press the right mouse button to show this pop-up menu.

number of columns

Changes the number of bars to present in the plot, from 10 to 80 bars.

accumulative

The options are ON and OFF, when this option is OFF (default) the histogram shows the number of X values in the range indicated by the horizontal axis of the plot. When this option is ON, the histogram shows the number of X values smaller than the upper limit of the range indicated in the horizontal axis of the plot.

exit

Closes the window and exits from the histogram plot application. The same effect is obtained pressing the X key when the cursor is inside the window.
