It contains most of the tools present in GOLPE, like PCA, PLS, FFD variables selection, advanced data pretreament, etc.. as well as many 2D and 3D plots
Unlike GOLPE, Q2 is not able to handle GRID data, in order to avoid the posibility of making CoMFA or any kind of CoMFA-like analyses, breaking the TRIPOS patent.
Q2 will be soon available for IRIX and Linux
