| CARSO | A package linked to the DOS version (3-B) of SIMCA, devoted to response surface optimization via PLS models. |
| DESDOP | DESDOP is a program that generates D-optimal designs. It was described in:"D-optimal Designs in QSAR." M. Baroni, S. Clementi, G. Cruciani, N. Kettaneh-Wold, S. Wold. Quant. Struct.-Act. Relat. 12, 225-231 (1993) |
| DESDOP-DOS | The DOS version of DESDOP. |
| SMACC | A program for describing biopolymers (proteins and nucleic acids) in terms of sequence. |
